Hi, welcome to my new adventure. My name is Lynda and I have been making all kinds of jewellery since 2008. It all began with a book I picked up at a local hobbycraft store. It was all about wirework and I was hooked. I read it from cover to cover, bought the basic tools, beads and findings and started experimenting.
A year later I started helping a friend on her jewellery stall at the Cornhall in Cirencester. You get to meet so many nice people and its rewarding when they pick up something you have created. When my friend gave it up, I bought her stock and with my pieces as well, I have set up my own company called Topaz. I have been trading at the Cornhall since June 2011.
I also make my own packaging including hand stitched envelopes, small handmade carrier bags, and small gift boxes for earrings and bracelets. On occasions I have been asked to rethread broken jewellery and replace old clasps. So if you have a much loved necklace that needs revamping, bring it along and I will do my best to repair it.
Please see the Gallery section of this web site to see a small selection of the designs I have including, Tigers eye, Fresh water Pearls, Amethyst, Turquoise, and many other semi precious stones.
If you do have some spare time do make a trip and have a look. If there is something you like but it’s too long or the wrong colour, I will try to make the design you are looking for.
You will find me at the Cornhall in Cirencester every Wednesday.
